Active- active membership shall be available to Springfield, Missouri
independent restaurants (i.e., restaurants which are either (i) not part
of a "chain" of restaurants or (ii) part of a "chain" of restaurants which
has six or fewer restaurants in the chain [define chain];
Section 2. Admission of Members- Applicants for membership shall be
admitted upon a unanimous vote of the voting members, a full and accurate
completion of a membership application, and payment of applicable dues.
